AAA7 Provider Fair Registration
You are invited to attend a special event for providers to showcase and promote your agency with Area Agency on Aging District 7 staff. AAA7’s All Staff Meeting will be held on Friday, September 13th at Shawnee State University in Portsmouth. The Provider Fair is where staff can visit provider informational tables, talk to provider staff, and collect information that can be of assistance to them. It will take place during the lunch break from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm.
Participating in our Provider Fair will give you a wonderful opportunity to promote your agency and take advantage of network opportunities with employees and representatives from other agencies.
Since this year’s event will fall on Friday the 13th, we’re going with a “spooky” Halloween-type theme. Have fun and be creative! We’ll have our staff vote on their favorite decorated table. The winner will receive free booth space for our Provider Fair in 2025!
There will be a $50 fee for each booth space (6-foot table and chairs provided) and up to two lunches will be provided per booth. You can also donate a door prize that will be used in a raffle to raise funds for Agency programs. We ask that no additional door prizes be available at your individual booths, please.
Please note that providers will be welcome to participate on a first come, first serve basis. We plan to have plenty of room for several participants; however, we will need to limit participation once we meet room capacity. If you are interested in participating, please register sooner rather than later! Once we have hit room capacity, registrations will halt. Deadline to register is Friday, August 2, 2024.
