Homemaker Services help the person maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment. The activities may include dusting furniture, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, removing trash, washing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and other household tasks. It can also include picking up prescriptions and grocery shopping for the person. This service is available through serveral funding sources, including private-pay.
